This project discussed Def Jam and what we wanted to do to develop a healthier culture for the label. Def Jam has had artist leave the label to go Independent. Shortly after doing so they released chart topping albums. We want to change that and show artist they can do the same with Def Jam, even if they aren't top artist like Kanye West.
